DFB and UEFA Establish Joint Venture for EURO 2024

Today, the German Football Association (DFB) and the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) announced the creation of a joint venture company, EURO 2024 GmbH, that will be responsible for organizing and delivering the 2024 UEFA European Championship (EURO 2024) in Germany.

In 2024, Germany will host the 17th edition of the EURO, which will be the first major international football tournament to be held in the country since the 2006 FIFA World Cup. The EURO 2024 will feature 24 teams competing in 51 matches across 10 host cities.

EURO 2024 GmbH will be responsible for all aspects of the tournament's organization, including venue management, ticket sales, marketing, media operations, and hospitality.

The joint venture will be headquartered in Frankfurt am Main and will be led by a team of experienced executives from both the DFB and UEFA.
